Terms and conditions

1. The shared tours, the Private Guide, and other tourist initiatives are offered by Vicity.net through one or more service provider(s);

2. Shared Tours are covered by the specific service provider's insurance. The organization is not liable for damages caused by third parties or for reasons of force majeure and is relieved of responsibility in case of loss of objects occurred during the entire duration of the tour.

3. All information, images and files on this site are the exclusive property of Vicity.net and may not be copied, printed or disclosed to third parties without prior authorization.

4. All shared tours and tours with Italian Private Guide are made by official and authorized tour guides.

5. Reservations acceptances are subject only to availability.

6. Prices are final and conclusive at the time of customer confirmation. The reservation will be confirmed upon payment of the entire sum in the case of shared Tours or the deposit in case of a Private Guide booking.

7. In the event that Vicity.net, for operational reasons or force majeure reasons, must change the program, it will alternatively propose itineraries and / or visits to other museums without changing the established rate, notifying the client before the start of the Tour.

8. The published prices do not include lunches, drinks, means of transport and all that is not expressly specified in the item the price includes.

9. Any complaint from the customer must be communicated no later than 10 working days, through the following Contact link.

10. The Court of Malta is competent for any controversy.

CANCELLATIONS, PENALTIES AND REFUNDS OF PRIVATE GUIDED TOURS

Return of 20% of the deposit paid in cases where:

  • The Customer makes a regular cancellation within 3 days from the date of the guided tour;

Debit of the full amount on the card in cases where:

  • The customer will not show up at the established pickup point;
  • The customer will not communicate cancellation of the service;
  • The customer will not communicate to the emergency number (provided in the booking confirmation email) any last minute changes;

Notes:

11. All customer cancellations must be received via the form "cancel booking".

12. Changes to reservations for private guided tours must be received via the form "change booking". Please note that being a service subject to availability, we can not always guarantee confirmation of the change of booking.

CANCELLATIONS, PENALTIES AND REFUNDS OF SHARED GUIDED VISITS

13. The shared tours are offered by third-party agencies and it will not be possible in any way to return the amount paid in advance, in the event that the customer makes the cancellation.

14. If, for any reason, the organization cancels the tour, the customer is entitled to reimbursement of the amounts paid. Vicity.net is not responsible for any additional costs related to the refund.
